Festivals

The Jain year, in the order it is kept — what each day is for, how it is observed, and where the two traditions keep the same season differently.

Every date here is lunar: a month, a fortnight and a tithi. That is what a Jain festival is, and it is correct every year — unlike a Gregorian date, which would be right once.
